In the pursuit of his Bachelor of Science degree honors' in Urban and Regional Planning at the OBAFEMI AWOLOWO UNIVERSITY,O.A.U, ILE-IFE, Prince Noah carried out the Urban Renewal Plan for the ancient town of ODE-OMU in Osun State and in partial fulfillment of his degree program he worked on the project titled "PRIVATE SECTOR PARTICIPATION AND ITS ECONOMIC IMPLICATIONS ON DOMESTIC SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT - A case study of ALIMOSHO LGA of LAGOS STATE, a project initiative that has contributed in no small measures in improving the P.S.P. operations in solid waste management in Lagos State. ANOBB indeed has his professional expertise in Urban and Regional Planning and this necessitated his commitment in engaging various communities and governments at all levels in dialogue about how to create variable solutions to the humongous problems that people of Lagos State and particularly ALIMOSHO communities face severely. ANOBB has always offered free consultancy services and been uncompromisingly committed to education, empowerment and fostering of strong community based developmental programs over the years. He is a project partner and investor from inception of the Palm Jumeirah project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We have our engineering designs for first and last mile commercial buses, vans, mini buses, high capacity buses (CNG and Electric powered vehicles), and various models of tricycles.

Serving as the project coordinator of the Joint Community Development Association (WARD A) and Chairman of IREBAMI UNITY CDA, IKOTUN, ALIMOSHO LGA, ANOBB has been instrumental in integrating dedicated service, professionalism and community activism into the mission, vision and purpose of the betterment, remodelling and infrastructural Urban Renewal Project of ALIMOSHO Local Government Area and Federal Constituency ( The largest Federal Constituency in Nigeria).
